Expanded workload in our Central Work Winning (CWW) team has led to a new opportunity for a Lead Author becoming available. As Lead Author, you will be part of an industry-leading team contributing to and ultimately overseeing the written element of proposals for some of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects.
We are looking for a highly motivated bid professional with a strong track record looking to further their career in the writing field.
We’d like you to have the ability to write concise, well written bid responses, based on highly technical information. You’ll be working across teams and so great relationship management skills with ability to motivate teams, facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical and senior managers is needed.
Appreciation of layout and graphics: knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
Degree educated in business or marketing-related discipline, or in modern languages, together with great communications skills, as an experienced and proficient technical writer, are required.
This role can be based in Manchester or Maidenhead.
