Production Manager - Solutions

The Strategic Pipeline Alliance is going to set the new benchmark for infrastructure delivery performance. Achieved
through:
• a relentless focus on production management
• design for manufacturing principles and assembly
• delivery by a P13 Enterprise
• an integrated supply chain eco system

As the project Production Manager, you will be responsible for applying production management approaches, this role will work collaboratively across all of the solution teams to:

• Dive high levels of performance and integration. Productivity will be achieved through the implementation of both digital and physical solutions that enable outperformance of the Business Plan and ensure a return to the partners
• Challenge partners and colleagues into new ways of thinking. Build, develop and maintain relationships
• Assist the transformation needed to create a production based culture. Inspire and energise new ways of thinking and working
• Collaborate across SPA teams and stakeholder groups. Influence the wider organisation including partner organisations and the supply chain
• Provide leadership on the implementation of LEAN production techniques as an experienced SME & problem solver
• Able to take complex sets of information and produce clear, simple processes and messaging
• Role model collaborative behaviours and SPA principles

You will be an experienced Slutions Production Manager with experience of:

Supporting the creation of a platform based production management system and it’s use across all functional teams especially Solutions

Creating clarity and effectiveness of workflow processes and systems for Solutions
Designing processes that achieve more innovative and effective solution building - implement them by deploying collaborative working to maximise benefits

You will be able to demonstrate a collaborative approache with the ability to achieve efficient, integrated outputs through high levels of engagement & agreement
