    BSG is increasing our focus on creating business process efficiencies, using the information within our corporate systems. In expanding the team, we are looking to appoint a Document Control Systems Specialist.




    What will I be doing?

    Reporting into the Business Information Analyst, the purpose of the role is to deliver support and maintenance as well as project work around the Group Document Control Solution.

    • Provide support for bugs and enhancement across multiple BC Spaces within multiple BC servers.
    • Proactively monitor IT support queues and ensure second line support calls are resolved quickly and efficiently
    • Provide third line support for BC and be 1st point of contact for BC Space Owners.
    • Engage with project teams at all stages of the construction cycle to promote BSG systems and assist with set-up, adaptation and configuration of BSG systems to specific project requirements.
    • Provide “Train the Trainer” training sessions for Space Owners.
    • Provide technical documentation for Space Owners.
    • Write technical documents for any changes and enhancements
    • Follow the Strict Change Management process for all development work.
    • Work with the wider BSG team for problem resolution and innovation


    About you

    • Experienced in Business Collaborator version 7.0 and above.
    • Experienced in dealing with 3rd Party / Solution provide
    • In depth understanding of Business Collaborator
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Knowledge of Information Management processes and requirements
    • Have an understanding of ISO270001 and ISO19650
    • Demonstrable experience in an IT environment
    • Proven capabilities within an IT support function
    • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
    • Good customer facing and presentation skills
    • Team approach is critical. Must be an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
    • Knowledge of Dynamics and PowerBi would be an advantage.
    • Good customer service skills. Role includes some customer and client facing assistance.
    • Comfortable communicating at all professional levels within the business.
    • Driving Licence
    • Must be prepared to travel to our operational business. (All UK)
