    What will I be doing?

    Manage the recruitment and resource requirements for the consultancy capability

    Support sourcing suitable candidates for project/consultancy capability requirements.

    Pro-actively source candidates directly providing a saving to the company.

    Ensure all internal/external consultancy requirements are met within agreed KPIs


    • Liaise with discipline leads/heads of function regarding their current and future requirements (in accordance with SOP and work winning)
    • Create work force plans in line with strategy
    • Source suitable candidates for current and future roles
    • Create and maintain pipeline for any future roles/roles that are difficult to fill
    • Pipeline for any roles as agreed with Leadership team and HRBP
    • Liaise with Workforce Planning Manager to identify any suitable employees for current and future roles.


    • Create recruitment plans with heads of function/discipline leads/recruiting managers to meet current and future workload
    • Raise vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Drafting job descriptions and advertising roles on specialist job boards
    • Carry out LinkedIn searches for direct and non-direct workers
    • Initial screening of applicants (shortlisting for recruiting managers to review)
    • Managing advert responses and communicating with candidates
    • Ensuring the ATS is up to date
    • Creating contracts on the system
    • Support onboarding as required.


    • Arrange interviews, book interview rooms and provide feedback to candidates
    • All administration relating to recruitment/pipelining resourcing activities
    • Research and implement appropriate non-direct routes to fill roles via third parties (recruiters and agencies)
    • With advice from the lead team, implement a process for on-boarding associates/affiliates in core and specialist disciplines
    • Provide reports as requested
    • Attend supply and demand meetings as requested.
    • Attend bi-weekly recruitment call.
    • Other tasks as requested.

    About you

    • Ideally experienced in recruiting within the engineering or consultancy field with preferably experience of one or more of our sectors
    • Previous experience within an internal recruitment role
    • Strong track record of direct sourcing
    • Customer focused
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player
    • Able to work autonomously
    • Ability to deliver under pressure
    • Ability to meet deadlines
