About Costain and your project.


What we do

It is an exciting time at Costain Upstream just now. The Oil & Gas market is picking up and recent project wins involve everything from early Front-End Engineering Studies to Detailed Design to Commissioning and Offshore Construction Support. With a portfolio of over 30 different clients we have a diverse and interesting pipeline of work and are looking for high quality, innovative and dedicated people to join our team based in Aberdeen’s West End.

Whether you chose to join us on a staff basis or as a contractor you will be given the opportunity to have a direct impact on our continued growth and success while gaining wide ranging experience for yourself across not just traditional Oil & Gas related E&C and Maintenance projects but potentially Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, High Tech and other prospects.

We are looking for engineers at all levels across multiple disciplines particularly:

Process Engineers                                Mechanical Engineers

Piping Engineers                                   Electrical Engineers

Chemical Engineers                             Structural Engineers

Technical Safety Engineers                Controls & Instrumentation Engineers
