    What will I be doing?

    • An understanding of Health and Safety legislation and its practical application.
    • Flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the operation, and engage in self-learning.
    • Maintain the required technical quality of work produced by the Process team
    • Ensure, as far as practically possible, that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with agreed budget and schedule
    • Assist in developing the knowledge and skills of the Process team, including assisting in the training and technical development of engineers
    • Participate in early phase/ concept studies and/or EPC modification contracts
    • Preparation of drawings (PFD's, P&ID's, UFD, etc).
    • Reviewing and checking drawings, documents, specifications, study reports and design
    • Carry out typical process engineering calculations.
    • Development of heat and material balance
    • Production of datasheets
    • Development of design documents, reports, specifications, and philosophies
    • Proficient in simulation (HYSYS, Flow Assurance, FLARENET, etc).

    About you

    • Degree in Process/Chemical Engineering
    • Appropriate experience in oil and gas process/production
    • Chartered Status desirable
    • Good knowledge of onshore/offshore/pipeline process and production systems
    • Good computer skills – technical, office, process modelling systems, etc.
    • Knowledge of industry norms and specifications
    • Able to work with other disciplines and draughting sections to meet delivery dates
    • Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible and organized, service minded, ability to work independently, team working skills
