We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our growing Services department. This will involve client facing management of various technology services, ensuring all requirements are met, service levels are exceeded and promoting constant innovation and growth of the service. This position is the first point of call for the client and will work closely with the Service Desk and Product Owners to ensure the availability of the service and its smooth running.
The role will be based in Yatton initially, although an office move is imminent. Occasional off-site work for meeting attendance and training will be required and weekend work may occasionally be required.
