The role requires someone will keen analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and a desire to improve and innovate.
This is a permanent role based in our Technology hub in the South West of England.
Degree in Computing or a related field
Strong PHP skillset
Experience of LAMP or similar
Testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Selenium)
Experience of the full software development lifecycle
Experience of source version control ideally Git
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good analytical skills for trouble shooting and problem solving
Positive, strong and robust work ethic, taking pride in professionalism, responsibility and highly proactive approach to work
Effective teamworking skills
Some experience of Agile methodologies
RESTful API development (desirable)
Experience of Microservice architectures (desirable)
Mobile app development using Cordova or similar (desirable)
Experience of containerisation using Docker or similar (desirable)
