Costain have been contracted for the design and build of a facility near Reading. The scope of works for this project will include Programme Management, Construction, Building Services (M&E), Instrumentation and Control Systems and various external works.
We are looking to add a Temporary Works Designer to the team who will report to the Chief Engineer and work closely with the Temporary Works Team.
Potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain Security Clearance to be able to be considered.
Design of Temporary Works to BS5975
Checking of 3rd Parties Designs to BS5975
Knowledge of TG20 and the design of Scaffold
Produce technical drawings and calculations for design work
Degree in Engineering
CSCS Card Holder
Previous Temporary Works Design Experience
Previous Scaffold Design Experience
TWC experience with a CITB Card would be preferred
